Iconic did an amazing job from start to finish during our major remodel. In the initial stages salesperson loaned us samples of cabinetry and flooring to help us in choosing our finishes. Desiner team came to our house for an initial consultation and helped us decide on the layout and he gave us the idea for our tv/ fireplace wall. Once we got started in our project he timed everything perfectly . Designer gave us advice on cabinet types for our kitchens and bathrooms and helped us choose tile and other fInishes too. it was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Iconic is beyond compare. He had already come to me highly recommended but I did obtain several comparison quotes and it quickly became evident as to why. Team members are detailed and most importantly accessible and responsive. Difficult to find with most contractors in the current environment. In addition, they have a strong sense and working knowledge of the materials that designer recommends and also and understanding of trends/colors and texture, which creates a great finished project that exceeds your expectations. It is always difficult to select materials when you are chasing an image in your mind. We completed a project inside of Laguna Hills, which requires a lot of additional steps to be approved by the association. It was great to have access to his showroom to touch and feel all the suggested options. If you chose someone else you are making a big mistake. Thank you Iconic.

"After talking with two contractors to remodel our kitchen countertop/sink, we purchased the Marble Slab for the job. But the contractors turned out to be unreliable and untrustworthy. I went to Iconic and they were there to help me and provided all the information, as professional as it could be, which I needed to know. As a pleasant surprise, The cost estimate was less than the two contractors who came to my place to see the project. They promised to finish the job per the contract in one week, however the job was completed in four days, with very high quality and least inconvenience to my schedule. I am very pleased and truly enjoy my kitchen each day."

"We stopped by Iconic to check it out as we noticed out of all the places we went to it had a very nice office/showroom. When we walked in we were immediately helped and shown the process. We were very impressed as we didn't feel pressured like the other places, they listened to what we were seeking. Iconic had multiple selections at very different prices so they are able to work with a budget you are seeking because of all the selections. During the process sales team made it very helpful and easy to visualize with full displays and samples on different options. The customer service level is outstanding. "Iconic has a beautiful showroom with lots of styles and extras to choose from. The sales team was very helpful, they came to my home, offered free design suggestions and was interested in my needs. They suggested some nice extras that I wouldn't have thought of (pop up electric outlet on Quartz counter top) which I LOVE... for kitchen part , I chose the Shaker style cabinets and they are very well built and my kitchen turned out better than I expected!!! We were very pleased with the process of selection, ordering and installation. It was much quicker than 2 other, bigger companies. You hear sometimes horror stories about how long and how expensive this could take. The project got completed in 3-4 weeks. If we did only the demolition and kitchen cabinets, it would have taken 10 days. Designer and supervisor were very helpful. This is one of the remodeling projects when we gave them a key from the house and did not even have to supervise them, unlike all other workers, who did other types of remodeling in our house at the time, which had to be spoon fed. It was all turn key, and the price was good, too. Happy to recommend and will use them again in the future.

We recenltly moved to into our new home and deceided to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms. Iconic had been amazing every step of the way! They'd worked very hard and very fast, while also doing a really professional job. We're extremly happy with our kitchen, and bathrooms and highly recommend Iconic to our friends and family.
